Professional with experienced engineers, designers, skillful workers, advanced molding machines, vulcanizing machines, injection machines, oil coating line, silkscreen line and still expanding according to market requirements. More than 10 year export experience.
1. Confirm the design and open mould for customer
2. Confirm the color. If not chosen by other customers before, we will adjust the color according to the Pantone # that customer chose.
3. Mixing silicone raw material by mixing ingredient and color together, and cut it into strips. Placing mixed material aside for next step.
4. Warming up the mould.
5. Put the other accesories into the mould and put mixed silicone material on mould, and after high temperature vulcanizing, the product will be shaped.
6. Take products out from vulcanizing machine. Get rid off the leftover material and start the 1st QC. Get products ready for other options, like combining with other parts, silk-screen printing, customize packaging, etc.
7. After other process completed, start the 2rd QC.
8. Packing products in cartons and get them ready to ship.

9. After-sales service:
1. When the customer informs the salesperson of the quality issue, the salesperson must respond within 1 working day and submit the ”Defective Product Processing Sheet” to the factory merchandiser, and the merchandiser reports to the technical department.
2. Technical department analyses thee reason, determining solving solution, and giving feedback to sales.
3. The sales department makes a decision to repair, rework, return, refund, etc. to the customer.
